wow we actually got a freedom of choice back

starting sept. 1st Pennsylvania will repeal the mandatory helmet law. while i do not promote riding without one it's nice that in a country that claims we are a free nation we actually have a choice. hmmm whats next no more seat belt laws. hopefully innocent untill proven guilty will actually mean it... :rolleyes:

are you talking for motorcycles or atv??? or both?. I live in florida and we have never had a " helmet" law for atv's. We did a year or so ago for motorcycles..but they have made it again where helmets are not required as long as your over the age of 18. I know it made some people happy again .
