Going to buy a Stator for the Tecate Dennis Kirk Calls it Ricks Stator?

I figure before I dump this money I want to make sure its a Ricky Stator and not some cheap crap named Ricks Stator. They dont say who makes it. Just want to make sure.

Is it a Ricky Stator? Whats with the lack of Manufacturer info for this part.

Yea I just checked out their site. Pretty basic. I have never heard of them either and want to make a decision now. Do I go with a Ricky Stator or go with the more unknown Ricks Stator? Also when you order a stator why dont they ask if you want a gasket? Jeez cant it ever be easy.

Well I cant say on Tecate stuff,but I have had my Stator in My R all year, and run the living crap out of it,in some sloppy conditions.

My lights work great,starts 2nd or 3rd kick cold...

I once dropped a Ricky Stator in My shee,and the lights never did work right...
I took it out..Went back to a stocker.

DK sells good stuff.

If it wasnt good,they wouldnt sell it.

And Ricks has been around for awhile now.I want to say at least 5 years or so.

Im sure i have a spare gasket here gary, if you need 1 till a new 1 shows.
Throw it together w/o the gasket to get it together, just dont get it wet. I can get you 1.

I ordered a Ricky Stator tonight. Should be here by friday or saturday. Gonna hit the dealer up for a gasket tomorrow. Im looking to be on the lake by sunday. I hope it happens, I want to get some seat time on her. Mike thx for the offers of help like usual. I may take you up on that offer if nothing goes right. Also, you going to Raffas? I want to and should be able to so if you are, I got half the bill.:beer

Oh and by the way, I think I can finally call this build Done! That was the only thing that wasnt new or rebuilt. Now I just want goodies to make her faster

for the record ricks stator is a nh company.
he realy is a top notch guy and great to do business with.
i highly recomend him and his work. he will back it 100%
