Help, Does Anyone Know What It Is?

This is an aircooled cylinder. it has a smaller bore sleeve on the inside of it. the inside bore measures 63mm. it looks like it was originally a 250r cylinder.

well i thought it was normal until i took a measruement of the bore. if you look at the top of it you can see the inside sleeve inside the other sleeve. i measured the other sleeve and it was 68mm. i don't know. i'm confused looking at it

It could possibly be a sleaved down 250r. They did this to some makes back in the day to run in the 200cc class. It is possible this from a 200r.

well if thats what it is, do you or anybody else kmow where to get a piston and gasket set fo it? it also has a smaller head gasket and the head is a little different.

i was thinking the same thing, a 200cc bore is rite around 63mm, my rotax too has a 64mm bore on it.
