Just cant find a carb rebuild ............

i have a 225DX that has a MIKUNI VM24 on it ive looked all over ebay and denniskirk and all i found was a kit for a yfm and only has SOME of the parts for a YTM does ANYONE know where to get a complete carb rebuild kit for a mikuni vm 24?????? THANKS! :TrikesOwn

I agree. They use similar parts. The jets may not be the same, but those are easy to clean the originals. Air-fuel screws & o-rings, and gaskets are one of things you want to change, but the jets are serviceable.

When you bought that timberwolf kit yor sure it had All the parts...and did the one u got have the gasket that goes from the bowl to the carb body? I cant find one that has this so if you know where you got it please let me know....Thanks for replying!

yes, it comes with everything you need, i bought mine at the yamaha shop for less than 20 bucks for an aftermarket

Bad350, do you have a part # for that rebuild kit?

I needed a float bowl gasket and had my Yami dealer look up the specs, enter it into there gasket cutting machine and within 2 minutes...Whalaaaa!
