Hi all, just picked up my first trike off of a craigslist ad,
http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/mcy/1084368606.html. Got it for $1000 down from $1200, its in really good shape mechanically and cosmetically, only real issue is the front fender has a crack going halfway across lengthwise and it sags because of that.

Anyways i just wanted to say HI! My buddy introduced me to three wheelers and this very website, he goes by Sly85 here.

Welcome. My first trike was also a 200x. Make sure you wear your safety gear.

Nice trike.. Put a 85-86 250R front fender on there. They look 100% better.

Welcome! I think you have to redrill the holes in the plastic fender to make the others fit, but its simple. Well at least to swap to a 86-87 200x fender you do.

An 85-86 250R fender bolts right onto a 83-85 200x front end. The rubber grommets were a bugger but it goes on like it was meant to be there.

Wow! that really does look a million times better than the stock 200x!

We went riding somewhere around Buckley in WA, I think its private property but the guy leaves the gate open for everyone to jump in. It has access to the power line clearing nearby, it was a great little place for me to learn how to use "body english" and get a really good feel for my bike.

Thats what my friend needs, haha Think it would be okay for me to bring her out there this Friday so she can learn my 250sx/250r better? Needs a large open area.

Maybe we can go riding when my shoulder heals up!
