I am getting closer to buying a cam for my 200x and the bigger cam's are listed for high compression pistons? any one know why this is or can I use one with a 10.25:1 and get good results instead of the 12:1? And I know if its listed it is listed for a reason and not recomended but I want to know why:beer

10.5:1 weisco is considered high compession as stock was 9:1 200s/e/m/es or 9.5:1 200x. so if you get a weisco piston your fine.
i run one on my 200e big red.

with cams that are bigger they want you to run a 12:1 (I don't want to go that high on the piston)
