I have an 81' 185s and have run out of options.
The machine ran perfectly, parked it for a couple days and came back to no spark at all.
I replaced the coil behind the flywheel, the coil at the plug wire, cleaned everything under the CDI cover, replaced the little CDI box, changed the wiring harness, changed the kill switch, cut the wires to the kill switch and spliced them to bypass the switch(just in case). Took a plug wire off a running machine and that didnt work either.
Is there any way I can check to see where I'm losing my power? Or is there anything i've overlooked? Any help or possibilities would be greatly appreciated... I can't afford to stick it in the shop .. and I know its something stupid causing this ... bad connection or loose wire maybe?
