If you need weight just add cinder blocks or big rocks I made my own first and it didn't work to good so my dad bought one they have a mile long dirt driveway he has been using one for about 10 years now

As stated above, you will need to add weight if you want to get anything done. I suggest making a weight bracket and hanging 2-3 100lb tractor weights on it

Or weld/bolt some tanks to it and fill them with water when you want it to be heavy. This is basically a cheap version of a box blade for a tractor without all of the box blade controls.
