Is there any companies that make a aftermarket cdi box for the 185?
What would be a good size for putting a bigger carb on with a big web cam and larger intake valves?

I don't think much of anything from a 250r or 350x will fit on a 185.

Deffinetly not. Only 185(s), 185, 200 and 200(s) will fit.
