Who is or has kids who are taken by the Twilight book/movie thing?

I ignored it for months even when my teenage daughter got the bug but then she got the movie on DVD and i watched it. Kinda liked it so I read the book series. Pretty damn good story, IMO.

Yeah, we're hooked. My 7 yo daughter watches it everyday. Any time we get in the truck she grabs the iPod and watches it on that. It is a good story, I wonder how many movies there will be?

The plan is to movie each book i.e. Harry Potter. They are racing thru the filming because they don't want the actors to visibly change much.

There is a 5th book that got started but it's not likely to see print.

My girlfriend and her mom are into big time. I watched the movie ith her, she got kinda pissed during the scene where buddy stops the van with his hand. She was lke oh...he saved her life blah blah..while I blurted out who the f*** would put those rims on an astro van. Just me I guess. Was a decent story thogh , the movie was enjoyable

My wife and daughter keep talking about how romantic the books are. I didn't find it any more impressive than all the rest of the similar movies.

I liked the movie. Just being a vampire fan found to many things that did not follow the traditional vampire movies and books. I am a BIG fan of Underworld 1,2, and 3. Looking forward to the next Twilight movie though. Pretty good story line I thinks.

I'll agree with you completely about the traditional Vamp rules. My daughter and I both greatly enjoy classic vamp movies and such. Steph Meyers kinda just threw those right out the window and said I'm gonna do it this way.

I will say that I got into the whole Twilight series, after seeing previews for the movie, then I read the first two books and that has been about it. The book was alot better then the movie.

I kinda liked the movie....until the 47th time I had to watch it. My wife, my brother's wife, and my neighbor's wife have all dissapeared into that d**n book series.

I'm 'bout ready to bite my wife to get her attention again.(harder than usual:)
