Adjusting the clutch on 250es?

There is an adjustment on the kicker side of my BR 250es... Increase and decrease on the clutch? What is this auctually adjusting? Adding pressure?

It only adjusts when it engages & disengages. If someone has it adjusted wrong, it could hold the clutch open, but that's not really pressure, that's just a knucklehead. Adjust it like the manual says, and if it slips, it's time for new plates.
