I liked it the way it was.. with the black paint..

I like how it looked black but paint is not the solution. It will never stick. I have a set of Maier black plastics for mine and DC Plastics makes those tank covers. They told me they can make the covers in black.

Dude, run your cooling hoses through that loop where your running the clutch cable through. The way you got it now can be dangerous. Could get caught on somthing and cover the rider hot water or worse. I like both looks of it.
