I do believe that is the only time that I've ever seen an oil cooler tapped into that location. I'm not even sure that it would work like that.

Veal, you have any pics of how it should be? Im building a 110 and would like to do an oil cooler on it..

The only 2 approved ways that I know of are tapped into the clutch side cover after the oil pump or through the side cover of the head, not the front engine mount. I don't have pics of tapping into the side cover on the head.

i agree....but it's hard to tell what they did exactly but maybe they are hooked to the oil supply stud (bad description) for the head....running that through the cooler....then dumping cool oil back to the head.
i don't know if that's whats going on but it sounds good....lol

never mind........ i didn't see the line coming from the case...this would (should) be the supply line.
use veals pic and finish the case the right way.

The center hole is for a block off bolt right? So its just like doing a Honda 200 then.. Cool, thanks..
