I purchased a RAD carrier some time ago for my 86 swinger-only number I can find is on the side H-12, MY TROUBLE IS THE REAR CALIPER BRACKET DOESNT FIT it, the stock carrier end measures 2.554 and the new carrier measures 2.844 where the bracket fits over-do I need to purchase a new bracket from Rad or is this the wrong carrier-anybody have any dealings with these carriers-I bought it off Ebay some time back.I also have a new ELIMINATOR axle from Durablue I want to use in the Rad carrier-it seems to fit on a dry assembly, but I wanted to make sure-Thanks for the help fellas!
here's a link to RAD's SITE there's no listing for a H12 carrier-I have the grease fitting on the outside so I am assuming it is a 96 and up model-
http://radmfg.com/carriers_double.htm it shows no brake caliper bracket needed-I betya I got the shaft on this thing didn't I?

Ok, did some legwork here-I misread the carrier-it is a H-9 which is correct application for my 86 swinger-it is supposed to have a caliper bracket with it-it didn't have 1 when I purchased it off Ebay-so I have fugired that out-I am hopeful RAD sells them separately-has anybody had to purchase one by chance from them?
I also checked again and the DURABLUE eliminator axle fits fine in the Rad carrier-my question is what brake hub/lock nut do you guys favor for a Durablue axle?

i know guys who machine parts for the big name places and they told me to be carefull when buying billit parts off ebay.

it seems that they throw the pieces that are machined wrong on there.

most billit parts (or at least alot of them) are bought already made from over seas now a days but this is what they told me.

^ thats scary......

But 89.99$ for a loaded carrier is scary in itself!

how about durablue brake hubs-can aftermarket rotors fit on them-like say A RAD brake rotor on a DUrablue brake hub?

as long as all the parts are for your bike
