Picked this up from a guy in Grand Rapids Michigan today. He actually delivered it to my door just outside Chicago, "No Charge!" He was going to be in the area to sell one of his 350X's and said that it wouldn't be a problem to drop it off. $75 for an 85 250r frame. Straight, no rust and no cracks. As you can see it has a faded plastic tank, includes the swingarm, the rear axle, the rear shock, and the radiator. I've been interested in trying out my first complete build/rebuild and saw this just the other day. By the way, the tank looks crooked because it is not mounted, it's just sitting on top of the frame.

Was it worth the $75 bucks? Not that I can do anything about it now but I thought that I got a pretty good deal with Fantastic delivery. Now, it seems as if I have a long road ahead of me. Never did anything like this before. Looks like I'll need to find a complete list of parts to create my checklist. Any suggestions? Constructive criticism? Comments...

PM me if you want help or maybe I may have an extra part or something laying around. I'm right in your neighborhood and I have 2 250R's that I'm working on also.

What do you think of this color (Lilac)? Got matching decals too (Lilac with Silver outlining). Wanted something much different and kind of out there. Have the Silver Plastics to go with along with Black tank, blk. seat, and blk. light.
