I just recieved one of the Sprock Cool Head kits and I am having trouble getting the two larger orings to stay in place. Anyone with a little trick of the trade to make this a little easier.
Thanks,
Monster

I use Yamabond to keep the o-rings in place on a banshee cool head

I didn't use grease or anything on mine, but it was a PITA. You need lots of patience.

mosh, where did you get the hi tack from?
Any good Napa or auto parts store should have it.
I like to gently stretch the 2 large o-rings a little too, so they dont try to roll out of the grooves. Then I Hi-Tack the groove lay the o ring in, and Hi-tack over the orings also.
I also put some Teflon Paste ( same as teflon plumbing, tape but soft and in a tube) around the head studs to stop any coolant from wicking up the threads. They should have that also.
