I nearly finished the prototype of the ī86 T3 radiator guard today.
Still has to be a little modified and polished.
The guard is there to protect the rad from bent in with my knees.
Whole thing is from stainless steel, the fins will be from aluminium, polished or anodized. The stuff from my own bike will have Titanium fins.Just the best for my baby :D
The pics donīt show how cool that thing really looks.........
Mounts to the stock mounting brackets and in the series production it will have a bracket for the side panel.
Any T3 owner interested can mail me at CGR@gmxpro.de
Price for the set will be about 210$ with polished aluminium fins + 15$ shipping.
Better pics to follow soon.

That looks great Hagen! You gonna make some like that for the Z? That'd be sweet. Awesome work as always.

Thanx guys,I really appreciate the praise from some really experienced
3wheeler riders/mechanics.

Honda ATC : After it worked fine for the Tecate, the parts will be made for the Z too. Some billet stuff for the Z is in progress right now too.

Jeb : Working with stainless steel is a pain in the ass already, but the titanium trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro tops it !!! Hard as a rock and tries to kill the drill ;)
And yes, Iīm still waiting for your pics !!!!!

Kimmer250R : If my buddy plonks down his engineering study, CGR INC. will have a companion and maybe we will get our own CNC machines. Then Honda parts could be made.Just too much work for one guy alone.

Wickedfinger : I hope to see you at TF next year, gotta have a beer together :!:
