Cool. Wasn't sure if I had to run a different heat range with the extra compression.

would higher compression require a bigger jet size?

I would think that it should, but maybe only if you have a bigger cam or carb (which you should) to let in more air. Only tuning will tell!

No, without any other mods, the only thing it'll change is the pain in your foot. I'm running a 12:1 in a totally stoke 85 and it didn't make any difference. Just make sure you run race gas from now on.
