atc 185s no run

well i have it all rebuilt up, new gaskets, everything is together, timing is set, valves are gapped. new fuel. carb is cleaned, i have spark. but still no run, im buying a new CDI off ebay today. if it wont run after that im junking it.

Is gas coming out of the fuel tank pet cock? Is gas getting to the motor? Do you have the alignment marks lined correctly on the pulse rotor (on the cam) What happens if you spray a little gas in the cylinder?

all marks lineup, magnito lines up under the CDI on the combustion stroke when its at TDC, gas is comming from the petcock nothing happends when i spray gas into the cylinder, same with ether.

Sounds like you've covered all your bases... I can't believe that sucker won't start. I've seen 185s trikes start and run when they just shouldn't have lol.
