Forum member ps2fixer has thrown the idea around of reproducing various ATC wiring harnesses and is searching for those of you who would be interested in potentially purchasing brand new, hand made, wiring harnesses built to factory specifications. After successfully reproducing Honda 350X headlight sockets (purchasable here), ps2fixer is now offering brand new reproduced wiring harnesses for certain machines. Below you'll find what is being offered and their respective prices.

'85-'87 250ES Big Red Long Headlight Wire - I can source the connector ends, haven't looked into a strong rubber protector like oem has.
'85-'87 250SX Headlight Sub Wire Harness - Estimated cost - $25
'84 200ES Big Red Keyed Ignition - ignition switch sourced from china, fairly good quality, except the wire is a bit small - $20 or for $35 and I'll replace the wire with good quality wire.
ATC350X 1985-1986 Headlight Socket Pig Tails - $75 per pair.
Options for wire covering/appearance:
- Standard PCV tubing
- Vinyl tape wrap
- High Gloss PCV tubing
- Expandable Mesh tubing (none on hand)
