i have a 1983 yt175 and I'm tiring to find ether a rebuild kit for the stock mikuni mic 5v700 or get a aftermarket carb that fits right up dose anyone have one or know a good place i can find the carb?
Aftermarket you're pretty well limited to chinese eBay/Amazon crap. You can piece together a rebuild from OEM stuff directly from Yamaha. It's a Mikuni VM series carburetor, 5v7 is just the prefix for '83 YT175 parts. Looks like most of the parts are still available, they aren't cheap though.
