The 86-87 Tecate dogbone is adjustable.
I believe the 84 is adjustable too.
no the 84 is not adjustable wish it was.

The 84-85 dogbone is not adjustable, the 86-87 is adjustable. The 86-87 dogbone will work on the 84-85 suspension.
Oops, sorry for the misinformation. I saw an 84 with an adjustable one once, but it must have been off a 2nd gen.
The one on my 84 is adjustable but it is aftermarket.
the 86-87 dogbone will fit, but if I remember correctly you'll need to shim each side it for a perfect fit, they aren't exactly the same width.Now, mind you this is from experiences I have had, I know for a fact the one I purchased had to have this done, but my application may have been the wrong dogbone as it was purchased off Ebay.I will say it makes a pantload of difference in the rear suspension for sure, well worth the purchase price.
