How fast is your 250r?
My 1983 Honda ATC 250r would hit around 65mph according to my Garmin GPS.
ok cuz mine ony hits around 50mph. so do u think after a top end rebuilt it would make a difference?
50mph thats slow Do you know how much compression it has. Mines got a few aftermarket parts and I was side by side my friends car and mine can do 80mph
No iv never checked it but mines a 83
80MPH seems a little high.... for a 1st or 2nd gen 250r.

could be off the car I was going along side of was old and didn't have stock tires so I'm thinking mid 70s for speed.
Even mid 70s is high for a 1st or 2nd gen 250r. My 3rd gen 250r hit 72.3 on my GPS. For any 1st or 2nd gen 250r i would say 65-70mph Max. Unless there is some major gearing changes and performance upgrades would it go 75-8-mph.
wow mine does about 40mph max, any tips to get it faster?
