Before pics. Keep in mind I paid 150 bucks for this bike.
First thing I had to do was rebuild the carb it had the wrong pilot jet and was flooding badly. I also had to get a new choke cable. Then I did a little painting on it.
I couldn't find a reasonably priced black Headlight shroud so I bought a busted up junker and with a little drilling, shaping, jb weld, and krylon fusion paint I was able to make a acceptable temporary replacement till I can get a deal on a good shroud.
I got lucky on ebay with the best offers option and got the two side covers with shipping for 50 bucks.
Lucked out and found a Black front fender on ebay. But the seller tried to ship it in a box that was too small and creased the fender. (the seller refunded shipping for his mistake). I had to place a full can of house paint on the top of it and heat it with a hair dryer while bending the crease out of it.
Cleaned up clutch cover.
Added mud flap
Painted controls replaced levers.
Fixed kill switch.
New pad and some 37 cent plugs from the hardware store to cap shocks.
