Haven't located a manual yet, e-bay & googled, any leads? Have a fork rebuild kit w/ instructions, what kind of oil & how much psi? Have frame, hubs, triples, & arm prepped and painted. Polished monoshock assym., motor mounts, & dogbone. Will work on wheels, prep & paint motor & rear axel assym. today, trying to get a rolling chasis by this weekend.

Use 10W fork oil as a stock replacement. I used Bel-Ray 15W fork oil on mine to make it a little stiffer. No pounds of air. The schraeder valve is used (I use it for) for releasing built up air pressure through use. manual: http://tecateprojects.com/manuals.htm

I am using 7 wgt. oil and 5 to 8 psi. rides perfect.
