UFO made the original. DC Plastics sells a real nice replica. http://www.dcvmx.com/xcart/product.p...cat=298&page=1 The red one is a UFO and the green one is a DC Plastics copy.

I think I already know the answer but just gunna ask anyway. Those replace the stock radiator guard correct?
Yes they do.. I assume so anyways.. My 84 has never had the guard on it, although the previous owner did zip tie the mesh guard off of the frame over the radiator. I have never had any issues with running with just the radiator uncovered, as I would rather not have the extra weight of the guard on there.
My stock guard literally fell apart this weekend so I was looking into getting another one when I came across these number plates. I would rather have a plate. Thanks for the information.
Did Jimmy have that UFO number plate on the 84/85? I had the UFO version on the 86 and a straight generic version on the 84.
Yes these numberplates are actually Jimmy White replica UFO plates or copies of those by DC Plastics
