Found out that all three cylinders I had are bad and can't be bored out. Does anyone have an extra cylinder that's in good shape that they can sell?
Are your plans to bore and renik the cylinder like oem Kawasaki or put in a sleeve? If you are going to sleeve the jug it will need to be bored fairly large to press the sleeve. I'm not sure but if you are going to renik they may be able to build up the bore size by reniking then hone to size. Don't mark my words on that, I could be wrong about renik'ing an out of spec cylinder.
