have just bought what a believe is a 84 big red es200 ran great for 4 days my son was ridding it and it was back firing quit a bit.. as i turn it over it wants to start and a cupple times it has but would spudder and lack power inconsistent idling it will idle real low then if i play with the throttle a big i can get it the rev up then it seems to wana die but then it will rev up again and to me it does not seem to have power.as soon as i put it in gear it lacks drive power and will bog down and die.it now wont fire at all i have good spark fuel to the carb and i have taken the carb apart and cleaned it all out jets ect.im very puzzled as i put fuel into the spark plug hole and from what i understand that should make it a least fire but it wont..can anybody help me or give a suggestion..thanks in advance iv bin working on this thing all day and have gave up.. it is a shaft drive with reverse
You'd probably get better results asking in a Honda group.
