retarted the stator a smidge and now she doesnt kick back as often but breaks up at 3/4 to full throttle. Im running non ethanol 93 with bel Ray H1-R 2 stroke oil at a 40:1 ratio. Its got a brand new 38 mm Air Sryker on it and i thought this would be the moment of glory for this 17 year build. But now she does this. Im gonna try a new plug as this is a fresh batch of gas and oil. if not what the Heck is the issue? What makes it break up and run like crap when everything is new?
Could be a lack of fuel. Check the petcock screen inside the tank or disconnect the fuel line at the carb and open the petcock to verify that fuel is flowing freely.
