I'm sure its posted somewhere on 3ww but I'm looking for the short cut, so what all do I need to buy to put 30" tires on a 1985 big red? do I need different rims, spacers, etc.? thanks for your help
You won't get 30's on with the rear plastics in tact. You need an extended swing arm. 27 will fit and still offer an inch of suspension clearance. But that's a bit too close. The tires could rub hitting bumps with anything much larger. They won't rub up top. They will rub near your heal.
