Just was wondering if any of you have put rear suspension on a tri moto 175, and if so, how did you go about doing it? How much better did it ride? Would you recommend it? Thanks.
Hey bud, I am actually building a rear swing arm for my tri moto 125 so I can have the rear suspension cause I wanna build a racing trike. The 125 and 175 tri motos are pretty similar frame wise so it would work for your 175. I do recommend it. I cut out where the axal would bolt on to and drilled a 5/8ths hole in the frame for the swing arm bolt. I believe I only made the swing arm like 10 inches long since the engines are very far back. At the end of the swing arm I welded together a new mount to hook the axal carrier. I then welded shock mounts for the shock to bolt on to. Check out my posts to see it
