Hello guys. New to this forum and proud owner of a “new” 85 350x. My goal is to restore my trike to like new condition. Can someone please tell me what color the rear axle was from factory? Silver or yellow zinc? I’ve searched for hours on the internet to find a photo with no luck. Thanks!!!
Pretty sure it was yellow zinc originally; possibly cadmium, but I think the former (yellow zinc) as Cad stays yellow and yellow zinc fades to plain "silver" zinc after UV exposure.
