Hey all, new member and new 1978 ATC 90 owner. I got it running really good. Only thing is struggling with is the kill switch is jacked up. I want to get a new one and replace it but I’m having a hard time finding the right one. Anyone have any tips on that? Also, I would like to do a few upgrades. I would like to get new bars that are taller so I don’t smack my knees, and was curious what you all recommend? I also was curious about getting smaller tires. Opinions on that? Lastly, are there any easy/cheap power upgrades? Cam, exhaust, carb upgrade? I’ve got some steep hills in my property that I would like to be able to rip to the top of so I can check my trail cams lol.
There's some kill switches on eBay right now. Did you adjust your valves? Not gonna rip up hills on a 90 without major mods with expensive parts. There's a cam that is supposed to improve torque. There's several on eBay and Beatrice Cycle/Dr ATV sells them.
