Contest - Who's carb is the hardest to get off!!

I'll tell ya the 250SX sucks to get off. You've either got to spin the carb or remove the cable at the throttle for one - and the dam choke line plastic threads suck - then the thing barel squeezes out of that frame - I usually take out the air box to make life easier But I'm sure there's a few dooozies out there to remove so who's got the worst one??

I have an 86 200x, you have to take out airbox, which includes removing fenders which are tied on in from cuz they arre 85 instead of 86 fenders
,then remove the boot from carb to airbox which can take 10 seconds to 10 minutes...its a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro sometimes, then you have to unbolt the carb, first nut is easy, but the back one on the inner side isnt as easy to get off, THEN you have to get the damn thing off, which it doesnt like to come off if its not pulled perfectly straight! then you muct take off cap and takeout slide and remove cable and such, then reverse the process to get it back on! lol it sux!

well....mines nice and easy :-P :-P :-D , i got an 84 250R with an off the carb k&n air filter, just pop off the filter, then loosen the clamp, and pull the carb out, and when you put it on, put a little 2 stroke oil on the inside of the intake manifold and it slides right in
Give me no lip and I tell you no lie.

my red is easy -- probably because I've screwed with the jetting and everything so many times. Does anyone's 200es idle like it should?

350X is pretty easy but getting that hose on the airbox side to go on all the way can be rough. I swear when I tighten the clamp it pops out half way on one side everytime.

'97 RM80 w/o realizing you're supposed to take off the left side frame section that goes from the top/rear of the frame down towards the engine. My friend did this the other day. After he told us how it took him forever to get the airbox out (I think the airbox was the main holdup.) we noticed the bolts holding that frame section on.

Hoses are the worst part! Ya go through all that trouble to have a nice clean carb and filter and then the intake tubes won't slip back on or the clamps for the tubes bottom out before they really hold anything!! AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!

that carb for a 86 200x is the worst to get off. I pulled it off and cleaned it for my friend and it took me well over an hour, you have to remove the airbox, intake tube, etc. I thought it was hard to get a 38 a/s on a 85r, atleast you don't have to remove the rear shock like I had to on a 85r.
