Once everything Is sorted out, I will post the spec's and the different kits that will be available In the new product forum. As time goes by and people decide they want them for different machine's, more will be available.

As for Invert's on a trail bike, these things are SWEET no matter where they are used. For those that don't know, with these forks you can adjust the compression and rebound valving. This adjust's how fast the oil bleeds through the forks. It's not just turn the clicker and you don't feel anything. When you turn these adjusters, you can feel the difference right NOW. These forks are Light Years ahead of the stock units. Most of the stock trike forks have pre drilled hole's In the dampening rods, the Inverts use shimms along with adjustable restrictors to change the volume of oil that flows through the valve's & shimms. If your on high speed trails with small quick bumps, you can soften up the compression and the little bumps are soaked In. If you get Into bigger whoops, you can stiffen them up some. If you jump, you can stiffen the compression even more. The coolest part with these forks Is the rebound adjustment. everytime the suspension compresses, It then has to rebound. You can adjust this action to keep the front end from bouncing back up. For those that have jumped a stock trike you will understand what I mean. When the front end compresses and bottoms out, the rebound action Is kinda Brutal with the stock forks.

With alot of help from some friends here on the boards, the Inverted forks and a few other goodies will be much more available within the next couple weeks.

As of right now the KTM forks are the correct length. Another set that are the correct length, and do have great adjustability are the cr85,Rm85, these are smaller In diameter (chrome Tube) than the KTM forks, but might work for someone on a 200x. I'm checking to see what size custom springs can be made for the smaller 85cc forks.

Thanks for that info. Ive never ridden anything with inverts to know what the ride difference is.

I was thinking the cr125 forks were gonna be a little tall for the 200x. I'm gonna see what the availability of the cr85 and ktm80 forks are.

I think if you can design a kit for the 1st and 2nd gen 200x you'll get a larger amount of potential buyers for the kits.

Hey thanks for taking the time I appreciate it.

It should also be mentioned that Josh's forks are the 1st generation of Halls Performance modified CR125 forks. These are highly modified, one-off units. I'm mentioning this because I don't want you to think you can simply just bolt on CR125 forks and have them work. They are approximately 5" longer than stock 250R forks.

The new generation of CR125 fork kits coming from Halls Performance will offer increased wheel travel, correct ride height and easy installation. This kit is still in the R&D stages.

The KTM 85 fork kit is finished and available right now.

SeaBass8, the first generation 200x kinda scares me LOL. I would recommend some reinforcment to the steering head on the 83-85 200x frame. Thats the only trike I have seen break the front of the frame right off!!!

Thanks for clarifying that for me. Makes sense now.

LOL yeah I hear ya. I'm really only looking at the 2nd gen 200x but didnt want to leave out the 1st gen 200x folks.

Edit: So would the cr85 forks need to be modified (shortened) or are they gonna work in stock form?

Ok last of my questions in this thread I'll wait til you get a thread going in the R&D forum.

    Thanks again guys

The CR85/ RM85 forks should work in stock trim, although the spring rates are going to be off, so new springs will be needed.

    Ok, ride report!

Hit Malvern raceway up this past weekend, 4/5th gear tables, step up's and step downs.

First time out, the rebound was set right but my compression was way STIFF. Causing me to launch nose high every time, so the first few laps I had to to the lean forward and lock the rear brake up trick mid flight.

Came back to camp and found out the Compression was all the way stiff, so me being me I said screw it, and went all the way soft. After that it felt AWESOME.

Best upgrade you can buy, HIGHLY reccomend it to anyone for anything. It soaks up casing jumps like its nothing, no more bumpity bump bump when riding around. The front forks actually move and soak/absorb jumps/bumps whatever you throw at them.

One thing I did find, is (as Jason reccomended). Rebound should be set all the way hard, and the comp should be very soft. Mine is all the way soft, but for bigger jumps/whoops im going to stiffen it up a bit. Nice thing is the adjustability of them. A few clicks makes a world of difference.

I cant say enough for Jasons workmanship, the guy is a shear genious. Thanks Jason, owe ya my life.

The kits retail for $500 and you need to get your own forks and front brake assembly.
