Im in the process of putting the 83-85 honda 200x front hub and rim on my 85 tri z. The questions I have for the few who have suceeded are as follows:
Do you use the stock tri z front axle and spacers?
Can you use the tri z brake caliper for the 200x disc?
Is it better to have a smaller tire and rim compared to the tri z? (tri z is 25x8x12 and 200x would be 23x8x11 -- So I would drop about 3 inches of height from the front end.)
Does the tri z handle better with the 200x front rim and hub, or not? I know they ran a smaller size in 86....
