He bought something from me on ebay but I have not heard from him at all. He won it over a week ago. I am not trying to call him out, I thought maybe somehting is wrong. I know it is unlike him to do this. I really do not want to take action against him, but I cannot afford to wait for my money right now. Does any one know if he is okay?

Sometimes he takes a little while to pay, but always has completed his transactions in my dealings, and friends' dealings..
Maybe he is on vacation?

He does take a little time to pay.If you need the $$.I would simple email him and ask that he pay right away as the $$ is needed.I would imagine he would pay sooner.I have always received payment from him.

Yes last time he bought from me (about 6 weeks ago) he was very slow paying took about 2 weeks after the auction ended but i did get paid in full......

I have had numerous dealings both ebay and privately and always comes thru. Takes some time but he has earned my trust over the years. He used to do money orders and now usually does paypal e-checks. I have had times where I sent it out before he pays knowing he will and he did.

He has bought just about every mug I've put up. Has always paid. Yes a little slow at times, he must be a very busy person or something. I've only had to just send the invoice and he would pay.
I don't think he is trying to screw you over by this delay.

I never thought he was trying to screw me. That is why I was asking if all is well. We need the money now, but if something is wrong I can work with him. I am going to have to use the second chance offer option becuase I can no longer wait.

I would at least wait to hear from him before you start making second chance offers.You need to state in your auctions time frames in which you would like to receive payment.You might do that already.I dont know?I didnt look the auction over.Has he replied to your emails?

I gotta tell ya.ebay requires a week for payment to be received before you can start a claim.I ussually put in 5-7 days it must be received.Not sent out and takes 2 weeks to get.I would just try and get in touch with him... You are still going to have to wait for the second bidder to pay.If he wants it at all now... I know money is tight for everyone.Just be a good seller.
