    1985 ATC250r chain slider?

I noticed the 86 and up have different part numbers for the chain slider.

I need a chain slider and also the upper chain roller stay (little metal bracket) to finish my restoration.

Any ideas on where to pick these up? Nothing much on ebay.

    thanks

Ndog, I think the only real difference between the chain slider for the 85/86-87 ATC and TRX was color. I think the 85 was a dark grey, the rest were black. They all interchange from 85 atc to 87 trx, 88/89 trx are different and will not fit. You can get an aftermarket one from Magic Racing that looks like stock but I'm not sure what color they come in. As far as the bracket for the roller your going to have to find one used and restore it.

I got a brand new one off of ebay. The part number was for the trx, but it fit perfect on my '85 atc 250r.

I think I payed about $25.00 for it.

So I won the auction for the little metal bracket. It costs me .99 cents. If you want it PM me and you can have it for $100. Just kidding we can work it out, heck I may even sandblast it for ya....
