Sprung Atc 110?

I got an atc 110 for $20. I have front forks of an old 80cc bike, I am looking to build a suspension frame. Has anyone done this from scratch? I am interested in seeing pics of homebuilt or aftermarket frames.

There are more than a couple guys on here that have the suspended 110's. Some have the aftermarket frames that had suspension, others had bolt on and weld on kits they sold in the early 80's. And a few people have made home-made suspension like you are talking. Do a search, and you will most likely find what you are looking for. If you need any advice, just ask. There is tons of knowledge and knowhow to be accessed from this site. Good Luck!

There are in fact only 1 or 2 suspension 90/110 frames on here. There are more suspension atc70 frames and atc185s on here than suspension 90/110 frames and they are very different. If you look on the homepage of this website there is a "projects" section. There is a nice little review of a suspension 90/110 frame owned by a member . It has some great pictures. There is also a few pics of a custom built back in the day racing atc90 frame. It seems alot more people are building suspension frames based the atc70 engine and pitbike frames. Suspension 90/110 frames seem to be more available on the west coast since that is where they were basically made and sold. No one has been reproducing any suspension 90/110 frames, but that may soon change. I'm slated to receive a suspension 90/110 frame soon so keep in touch with me and I will get you detailed pics. I know a place that can build frames so it shouldn't be too hard to get one made, but not sure on what the cost would be to do so. Good luck in your project. You have come to the right place. the $ and time you'll spend may not be worth your efforts. it may be easier to look at getting as 200x roller and dropping in a 200s engine for an auto-x conversion. this will give you semi-auto shifting with no clutch and fully syspended frame.

The time and $ are not an issue. I am a welding contractor with a yard full of steel and a couple old bike and trike chassies. This is just something to pass the time while waiting on parts for this and my yamaha 225dx.

Burnham is where I found a 225dx for $60 A few weeks ago. Needed a bunch of work but its almost finished.
