    Found an airfooler today

    Well like the title says i found an 83 on craigs list. Going back in the morning with a fuel filter to see if it will run better. It runs good, but only for a few seconds, then dies. I think it is either the filter or petcock. If you choke it, it starts pretty easily and supposedly has a recent top end rebuild and felt like it had good compression when kicking it over.

    The bike is ugly as sin, the tank and plastics have all been spray bombed black, the rest is original. Front and rear fenders are even in pretty good shape, and i believe the rear plastic is a maier. But the bike is in pretty good shape overall, just missing the scoops on the tank. And i think it has a liquid cooled fuel tank on it maybe? not sure on that yet.

    If its just a fuel problem i am picking it up tomorrow for 500.

    forgot to add the rear shock has a remote resivoir up by the engine that is adjustable. Its got a little wheel to turn to adjust the rear shock.

    all the spray bomb can be pressure washed off. I have a great tank for that machine also. I would snatch it up.
