    Poping out of gear..

    85 110 Honda
Pops out of low/high range. Clutch shifts fine but after a few seconds of riding the transmission slowly slips out of high or low. Any ideas?

you can try to adjust the clutch, the nut and slotted bolt on the right case.if that dont fix you may have excessive wear on the gears, shift forks.

I would bet you have one of 2 possible problems. Either a broken stopper pawl or a broken / loose bolt on the shifting drum. This issue has been discussed before ( many times ).

Here is a couple links ( with pictures ) :

When I was a kid my 110 started to pop out of gear, but I think it was the main trans, not the sub. My older brother took custody of the trike, changed the oil, and the problem was solved. Not saying that's your fix, but maybe worth a shot?
