im not posting this to advertise, i know that belongs in the ebay section, but on ebay someone is selling an "87" z and i wanted to know if there is such a thing. i know the r's and x's have some rare 87's but have never heard of a z. this is the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/87-ya...46417QQptZATVs wanted to know if i should go after it if indeed it might be a true 87. i think it might just be a late model 86, but would that still qualify as an 87?

the "86" Red and White one was supposed to be the "87" like the ATC 200-X and the T-3 but they made it the "86" and the Black and Red one the "85.5" as to the Yellow one the "85".. it didn't git in there after the 3-wheeler Ban in "86"

Right, I agree with yamahondaman, it looks like any 86 I have seen. It does look pretty clean and nice though.

thanks guys, i thought so but wanted to get some opinions. if it was 87 i might have tried to snatch it. but im just gonna keep my 85, i gotta 83 yz engine on the way, gonna powervalve and put in a six speed tranny, gonna make my 5 fly!!
