any of the 185/200 (with the exception of the 200x) frontend will bolt on how ever you will loose the front rack option. Any one know if a 85 br will bolt up?

oscar meyer tried to swap a 200x front end onto the 200e and no dice. he ended up cutting the front end off each and swapping the neck of the 200e with the x

yea nothing fits the 200e. the angle of the 200e nexk is so different no mounts fit it. As stated, I neded up cutting off the next of a bad 200x frame and using the 250sx front. sweet setup now! do a search here for front end swaps. rebuild kits would not fix a wobbled out strut set like mine and maybe by the sound of it, yours.

you need to stop saying that. 200M and 200S have the same neck, and are a great upgrade compared to the stock 200E/ES front ends

they have the same neck mount BUT the angle is so different the top plate does not bolt on. I have 185s, 200s, 200e and 200m forks NOTHING for the 200e correctly and would completely bolt on, so NO I'm NOT going to stop saying that. I tried it and it did NOT fit,. Why would I post something that i did not try as 100% correct? I spend 12 hours trying to make one of the other sets work. The necks fit but the angle will not let the top plate bolt on (where handle bars bolt too). not sure why, but it wouldn't. So in the end I just cut and welded, it works better than ever now. best dam thing i ever did to my 200e. it's nice to ride now! no more bump rides on my arms!
If someone wants theirs modded, then send me the 200e and the 200x/250sx/es steering Stem mount (and about " inches of metal on the tube coming off it) and I'll do yours up. You just pay for pizza and soda is all I ask. $15 total for my time and labor, and you pay all shipping costs.
