hey i painted my 250r motor black and now the clutch dont disengage. it will if i push the little lever back but it sticks halfway open. i allready tried cleaning it and it didnt help. any ideas?

Is the lever hard to pull? Could be a bad cable or the clutch arm is sticky from the paint.....
