few 86 tecate engine q's

need the torque specs for the clutch nut, crank nut, powervalve reverse nut on the linkage, and waterpump impeller nut.

how do you set the linkage in the clutch cover? the arm that has the reverse thread nut has no way to line it up. do i need to have the clutch cover on to set this linkage correctly?

i had the cylinder decked. had 15 thousandths cut off the top. do i need to cut the dome? or run a thicker base gasket? or will i be fine?

where is the cheapest place to buy a new dg pipe? i've only seen them on ebay. even free shipping would be cool.
