    Rebuilding a Zinger. (with pics)

I am rebuilding a zinger for a freind of mine so i thought i would throw up some pics of it going back together. I recovered the seat using moshes thread in world class help. I think it looks good wont ever buy a seat cover again. What do u think about the cut off hand grips for footpeg rubbers, I think it was cheap and looks good. gonna paint the wheels black yet and finish putting it together. Hope it runns when im done.

I have my zinger tore down to the frame, and going to be rebuilding it soon too. I like the idea about the hand grips...i might do that too, but I dont know if that rubber is too soft and will rip easily....it will probably hold up good if a child rides it, but if an adult rides it, it might rip soon, but its a better of an idea than the previous owner of mine had, wrap foam around it and wrap the foam in electrical tape. Seat cover looks good too....I recovered mine with vinyl also.

    Lookin good

I need to put crank seals and a center case gasket in the bottom end of mine. I need to build a lil' 3 wheeler work bench first, to get it off of the floor.
    Rides:
1986 ATC250R (sectional pipe and Klemm Research silencer)

I need to get after it. It runs good it just leaks oil out between the cases just under the cylinder. I'm guessing it needs a new gasket and seals.
