Can someone take a pic of how the voltage regulator on a stock 85 250R mounts to the frame? I have the rubber cushion for it...but not sure how it is supposed to go.

There are some pics in this thread..Not real good but they may help..
There is a square rubber hanger that attaches to the top left rear frame rail under the seat.
The 2 green wires ground to the frame next to it.

Huh...so the rubber hanger is the only thing that holds the VR there (and the grounds)? Mine must have gotten weak over the years....it is very flimsy. I think I'll see if Service Honda still has them.
