    Which tires are best?

Here are some pictures of two different sets of rear tires on my 225dr. Would like an opinion on which set looks better. The first set is Cheng shin knobbies, and the second set are Gateway Buckshot Mudders. Let me know which looks better. Thanks, PaTriker

Depends on what you want it to do....

The knobbies look to be easier for the motor to roll and slide, and the mudders are aggressive and great for mud but tougher to spin.

I honestly always look for a 6 ply sidewall and I'm happy. Too many days ruined on thin sidewalls

I run the Holeshot HD's and plan on buying another set when these are done, they've been fairly indestructable aside from the 1/8th wire that poked thru there Then I also have my ice/snow tire sets - you can never satisfy all the conditions here in the Northeast

Chen Shin all the way. It would be a crime to put those newer tires on a trike that original. keep the gold rims too.

The knobbies look the bast to me. Knobbies look good on clean stockish trikes like yours.

Performance wise the knobbies to alright for alaround riding as well. They aren't the best at anything but not bad either.

I hate the Skinned Shin tires....
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!
