well i decided to build another 200 engine.... only have the intake done right now but i will post pictures as i go.... engine will have full porting my own welded/ground cam possibly oversize valves and a custom sleeve/piston

hard to tell the difference without stock pictures but its a lot different. for those wondering my valve guides acually hold up good...
Looks great . Here is a pic of the 200x head I did a couple weeks ago for my stroker motor . I used to do a-lot of these back in the mid 80s .

thats a nice job! i hate the exhaust side on these engines such a pain to get in there...
Takes me about 8 hours to do one and yeah the exhaust can be a bit tricky . I have a curtis sparks head and have seen the tc and powroll style also and many local race builders from back in the day too. I take bit from all of them and do It my way and It really make a big difference !

ya i'd like to get a peek at 200 head done by tc. what do you use for a cam? ive been copying an old white bros. one i got and adding a little more overlap for high rpm

also id like to get a bigger carb option. right now i use a carb off a quadsport 230 but its not much bigger
I have a deal in the works for a couple NOS PK racing intakes that accept the 28-30 mm carbs for the 200x models . let me know if your interested in one and i'll get back to you when i get them .

(CAMS) I have used just about all of them in the past . Lets see if I can remember all of them . Curtis sparks awesome , Powroll very good , Phase 5 very awesome , Mega cycle 435lift 288 duration crazy power from this cam . Big al's with Curtis sparks specks pretty good . WEB very good , TC awesome , and lots of generics , My brain hurts !
