Will an 86 and newer ATC/TRX 250R lighting/kill switch plug right into an 85 250R?

My 85 R needs a new lighting/kill switch. Service Honda says the 85 is discontinued. Thought I'd try my luck with and 86 or newer....just want to make sure the wire leads match up. Or...it anyone knows of a newer quad swich that is a direct bolt in (without the electric start button) let me know! Thanks!

86R switch works fine.......TRX switchs are different....

Anyone know of newer ATV or Dirtbike Switch that doesn't include an e-start button?

there's not many and you will have to change the end plugs.......the 86R switch is the only one that is the same...

Good news...I just ordered a new 86 ATC one...they aren't DC'd.
